The general terms and conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between Persefone and the user or client, in accordance with Andorran legal provisions. Persefone reserves the right to make modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the general terms and conditions. These modifications can be made through its pages, in any legally permissible form, and will be mandatory during the time they are published on the website and until validly modified by subsequent ones. However, Persefone reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, specific contracting conditions, prevailing over these General Conditions when deemed appropriate, announcing it in a timely manner.

The purpose of the website is to offer and advertise the sale of articles and official merchandise of the band.

The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

As a user or client, you expressly declare to know, understand, and accept the terms of use and these general contracting conditions. Likewise, you declare to be of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to access Persefone’s websites and contract through them.

Upon completion of the purchase process, the customer will receive a confirmation by email. It is essential that during the purchase process, the user provides a valid email address. If within 24 hours of completing the order, you do not receive the confirmation, please contact Persefone via email at info(at)persefone.com.

Upon receiving the product at the provided delivery address, the customer will receive an invoice or copy of the order.

Offer and Validity

In the case of a product on offer, the offer price will always be indicated next to its essential characteristics. In compliance with current regulations, Persefone provides information on all items for sale, their features, and prices. However, Persefone reserves the right to withdraw, replace, or change the products offered through its website by simply changing its content. In this way, the products offered at any time on the website will be governed by the general terms and conditions of the contract in force in each case. Likewise, the company will have the authority to cease offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the mentioned products.

The products offered in our online store include a photograph and the essential characteristics of each. The features identify the item or provide its possible variants.


All products offered on the website enjoy the commercial warranty provided by the supplier. All products indicate the selling price in euros.

Product information, including prices and descriptions, is subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

Order Delivery

Once the purchase is confirmed, the user will receive an email with the order information and details. Orders are prepared within a period of 5-7 business days. However, in case of being on tour, this period may extend up to 30 days or more. After this period, delivery is usually made within 4-8 business days (Spain), 8-25 business days (International). This is not a guaranteed timeframe.

Persefone assumes no responsibility when the product delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate, incomplete, or false information provided by the user, or when delivery cannot be made due to reasons beyond the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the user’s absence or the product being held in Customs.

Payment Methods and Order Execution

The customer can pay the amount of their order by choosing the Virtual POS payment method. During the purchase process, they must indicate their choice: VISA or MASTERCARD credit or debit card. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) standard security technology. All information transmitted to us travels encrypted over the network.

Also, credit card details are entered directly into a payment gateway and are not entered or stored on any Persefone server. When paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, the following details will always be requested: card number, expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus providing more guarantees on the security of the transaction. This form of payment is valid only on the website.

When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using a payment card number, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the supplier’s and the cardholder’s accounts will be made as soon as possible. However, if the purchase has been effectively made by the cardholder and the demand for a refund is not a result of exercising the right of withdrawal or resolution, and therefore, the cancellation of the corresponding charge has been unduly demanded, the cardholder will be obligated to compensate Persefone for the damages and losses caused as a result of this cancellation.

Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Complaints

According to Andorran legislation for the Defense of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.

If you have had any issues with your order, we want to be the first to know. It happens very rarely, but if it does, please contact us, and Persefone commits to covering the cost of replacing the product with a new one according to the conditions accepted at the time of sale. Persefone reserves the right to take civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the misuse of its website and contents or for the breach of these conditions. The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the current regulations applicable in the Andorran territory. In case of a claim between both parties, it will be handled in the courts of the Principality of Andorra. Persefone has its registered office in Ordino, Andorra.
